Athens-Kiev… the comings and goings of disaster

The visit of Pm. Tsipra in Kiev has been the cause for a big debate in Greece. The visit alone was doomed, as it should be, from many. We will only add one issue. Once the downfall starts, there is not stopping it. Tsipras and his fellows have passed from betrayal to wretchedness.

But as we know birds of a feather flock together, with this visit they prove right the internet saying from the referendum days with the title “this is a coop”. The history of Ukraine is an example of what is happening today in the whole “free” western world, with neoliberal politics, who may cooperate even with the Nazis, and provide economy policies of absolute poverty of the people.

From this debate also emerged the situation in Ukraine and this may be the only positive, because we know very well that news about Ukraine, the Kiev regime, its crimes and its tactics, are not to be seen in the stream media not even as the last news in line.

The debate revealed only the tip of the iceberg and we could say many more for the present situation in this edge of Europe, not of Africa, not of Latin America, but of Europe.

We could talk about the bombings that continue in Donbass, in residential areas, against houses, playgrounds, even schools, despite the Minsk agreement and against the international law, we could say the names of the children victims, who now are measured in tens unfortunately, we could talk about the affected industrial facilities that may cause an environmental disaster at the area, and the Kiev regime is totally aware of the danger, as they bomb areas of their own country, part of their own people.

We could also add a lot about the situation in West Ukraine. We could talk about the hundreds of political prisoners, to whom many internationalists keep adding. Internationalists who go to help the people of Donbass and the regime of Kiev manage to catch them, as it happened to Andrey Sokolof, a Russian metal worker who worked in Donbass helping to restore a factory that was destroyed from the bombing and he was detained and kept for 2 years in prison and 2 more in a secret basement with nobody knowing where he is or if he is alive, or more recently the Brazilian Rafael Rousvalgi who was sentenced for 13 years in prison because he was caught fighting together with Donbass defenders.

But facts can overcome even those among us who try to watch carefully the situation in Ukraine. To be specific, recently it was made known worldwide, through the organizations of Ukrainian’s political refugees, an information that could lead to conditions even worse than what we have seen till today.

The leader of the party of Ukrainian Nationalists, which is the most powerful right-wing structure party in Ukraine, Andrew Biletsky has announced a rallying cry with 600 nationalists, who could rise easily up to 1.000 with the assistant of other nationalist organizations, aiming to occupy Kharkov.

Kharkov, that also lies in East Ukraine, is one of the areas that rallied against the coop in Kiev. But, in contrast to the population of Donetsk and Lugansk, social activists in Kharkov did not have the determination to continue, hoping to force nationalists to elections, which they would lose.

That was a delusion, on the contrary the ultranationalists there, the same as in Odessa, acted brutally with the tolerance, even and assistance of the local authorities and managed to control the situation. Despite the fact that the most of the anti-coop activists have been kept long in the Kharkov prison, Poroshenko and his Nazi friends never forgave Kharkov for its resistance.

Today in the area of Kharkov there are lots of mercenary training camps, secret facilities where experiments of biogenic are conducted, and recently there were agreements for the installation of several hot-spots at the area for the chased defenders of ISIS.

As if all the above were not enough, Biletsky announced the rally for the occupation of Kharkov and the imposing of a Nazi regime, even more, the beginning of the next Maidan in Kiev, so all of Ukraine would go under a state of a Nazi regime.

It is not a coincidence that these events occur at a time of a continuing decline of Poroshenko’s popularity, as a result of the situation of the economy that has impoverished the people of the country.

And politically the regime seems to crumble, it’s indicative to mention that the Ukrainian Parliament continues to “operate” with 14 parliamentarians less, as 14 of its Members have resigned and disappeared, others are already abroad and others are just lost and the government is not able to complement the Parliament.

Such a situation is used, once more, to create one extreme right-wing political manipulation of the country. In the meantime, these days a Land reform is attempted, a reform that will transform Ukraine to a vast manor, ruled by big investments from abroad (shares of the agricultural land have been already bought from Saudi Arabians and other foreign investments).

That way the reform will impoverish Ukrainian farmers. In such a situation ultra-nationalists will play their role, from allies and friends they will transform to scarecrows or even the enemies of Poroshenko and probably his successors.

The visit of Tsipra at this time, can have one more result, as it is possible that in a while we will be called to “support” Poroshenko’s regime, against the “bad” Nazis, forgetting that it was his regime that used them and governed with them, adopting their methods and their policies.

There is a similar situation, after all, in our country too, just in a different level. The possibility that the right-wing to come to the government has been used the one day as a solution and the other as a scarecrow, from a government that anyway is acting with the same policies. Even the INF, the evaluations and the loans are converted from time to time from allies to boogeyman even opponents. In all of Europe these days, the danger of the rise of the far right-wing, or even of the fascists, has the same role. Ultimately enhancing their political influence.

That is only the one side of the coin. A clearly Nazi Ukraine, geopolitically will surely pave the road for the creation of even bigger crisis in the area, with the blessings of USA, NATO and EU, who have already proved their plans for the area and this will have consequences for all Europe, or even worldwide.

All the above give us a third perspective of the visit of Tsipra in Kiev, because this visit brought us even closer to an area that is not too far to start with. As time passes there are no excuses for us to track events from above and to keep equal distances.

The attitude of the political parties, especially those of the left-wing, must be clarified immediately and expressed practically. Because Ukraine is not one more case to examine, but a European bastion for what is to happen to the rest of Europe, even with some possible differences.

Because Donbass is not just a place of resistance, that we can only wait to see how it will develop, or to criticize the events. Donbass is today the main point of resistance against fascism in its worse form, as Nazism. How things will develop there and the side the people of Europe will take in this clash and how energetically they will handle it, that will shape the future of Europe and not only.
